How it all started
Chaotic Energy was founded in 2016 by Teneal Attard with a vision to create something different from the typical loud, overcrowded gym. The goal was simple: to build a space where people of all ages and abilities could feel calm, supported and empowered to move, heal and grow with guidance from qualified professionals.
