How it all started

Chaotic Energy was founded in 2016 by Teneal Attard with a vision to create something different from the typical loud, overcrowded gym. The goal was simple: to build a space where people of all ages and abilities could feel calm, supported and empowered to move, heal and grow with guidance from qualified professionals.

Our facility is designed for people seeking clinical care, movement-based therapy or a more thoughtful approach to health and fitness. From tailored one-on-one sessions to gym access in a quiet and welcoming environment, Chaotic Energy supports a wide range of health goals.

Our Team

Teneal holds a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (with Distinction) and is a Licensed Neurotrician in NeuroPhysics Therapy. She specialises in nervous system regulation, chronic condition management and helping clients reconnect with their physical potential through clinical and compassionate care.

Teneal Attard is the founder and director of Chaotic Energy. She is passionate about helping people improve their physical health, movement capacity and overall quality of life through safe, clinically guided exercise.

Her practice is grounded in the principles of Clinical Exercise Physiology, with a focus on managing chronic health conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders and performance development. Teneal holds a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (with Distinction) and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health from The University of Western Australia.

Teneal is also a licensed practitioner of NeuroPhysics Therapy, which she integrates where appropriate to support clients with nervous system regulation, trauma recovery or complex neurological conditions.

A former elite athlete, Teneal represented Australia in hockey for over a decade, competing in 221 international matches, including two Olympic Games. Her own experiences with injury and rehabilitation shaped her understanding of recovery, resilience and the emotional challenges of returning to movement. This lived perspective informs the calm, inclusive and person-centred approach she brings to every session.

Jo Falconer

Jo Falconer is a Senior Exercise Physiologist with over 15 years of experience, committed to helping people move with confidence, strength and independence. She is passionate about using exercise as medicine to enhance quality of life and support long-term wellbeing.

Jo holds dual degrees in Exercise and Health Science and Exercise Rehabilitation Science from The University of Western Australia. Her career has spanned corporate health, regional community programs and private clinical practice across Western Australia and Melbourne.

Since transitioning into private practice in 2015, Jo has developed a strong focus on supporting clients with age-related functional decline, balance concerns, cancer recovery, Parkinson’s disease and osteoporosis. Her calm, reassuring approach makes her especially valued by older adults and those managing complex or chronic conditions.

Jo believes that structured, personalised exercise can make a meaningful difference in everyday life. She works closely with each client to ensure programs are both evidence-based and achievable, helping them feel supported at every stage.

Outside the clinic, Jo enjoys time at the beach with her family and whippet, and discovering new craft beers.

A former state and national level swimmer, Sophie’s early experiences in competitive sport shaped her appreciation for discipline, resilience, and the positive impact of movement. She began her career as a Health and Physical Education teacher, where she inspired young people to move with confidence and purpose. Her path has since evolved into clinical practice, where she brings the same passion to supporting individuals of all ages through safe, evidence-based exercise.

At Chaotic Energy, Sophie combines her love of education with clinical expertise to help clients improve physical health, manage chronic conditions, and enhance mental wellbeing. Guided by her belief that movement is medicine for both body and mind, Sophie empowers people to build strength, confidence, and independence in a supportive environment.
