Exercise Physiology
A Different Kind of Gym.
Safe. Supportive. Evidence-Based.
Exercise Physiology at Chaotic Energy provides safe, evidence-based exercise tailored to your health, goals and circumstances.
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university-qualified allied health professionals, trained to deliver exercise for the prevention, management and rehabilitation of a wide range of physical and mental health conditions. Their work is regulated by Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA), ensuring the highest professional standards. AEPs take a personalised, whole-person approach. They assess your current health, movement ability, barriers and goals. From there, they design an exercise plan that supports meaningful progress across physical, emotional and functional outcomes.

Chaotic Energy's Exercise Physiology Journey
Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a 45-60min one-on-one consultation with an Exercise Physiologist. We take the time to understand your health and medical history, current needs, personal goals, and any outcome measures relevant to your injury or health condition. This includes an exercise assessment to establish your baseline and identify safe starting points. From there, we design a tailored exercise plan that is safe, effective, and specific to you.
One-on-One Sessions
Following your initial assessment, you’ll begin dedicated 45-minute one-on-one sessions with your Exercise Physiologist. These sessions are designed to guide you through your program step by step, making sure you feel confident with each movement and supported throughout the process.
Exercises are adapted in real time, with progressions when you’re ready to advance, or regressions if your body needs a gentler approach. This flexibility ensures your program always works for you, helping you build strength, trust, and momentum safely.
Ongoing Support
Once you’re confident, you can choose how you’d like to continue:
- Membership – access our quiet, fully equipped facility 7 days a week to complete your program in your own time.
- At-Home or Other Facility – prefer working out elsewhere? We’ll adapt your program so it works for you.
- To make sure you keep progressing safely, we provide regular program reviews every 4–6 weeks. Every stage of the journey is flexible, supportive, and designed to keep you moving forward toward your goals.
